NEXA Calculator collects no personal data at all.

There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting services and no tracking identifiers. We do not know who you are and we never receive any information about how you use the app.

Everything you create in the app stays inside the app's own private storage on your phone:

• Calculator history — the tape of your recent calculations.
• Secret code — stored only as a one-way hash, never as plain text, and never transmitted anywhere.
• Private gallery media — photos and videos you import are kept in the app's local database on the device.
• Preferences — theme choice and whether biometric unlock is enabled.

None of this is uploaded to a server, backed up to us, or shared with any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage permanently deletes this data, so please export anything you want to keep first.

When you add media to the private gallery, the app asks your device for permission to read the file you pick and then copies it into its own offline storage. Media is used for one purpose only: showing it back to you inside the app. It is never analysed, uploaded or shared.

If you enable biometric unlock, verification is performed entirely by your device's operating system. The app only receives a yes-or-no result. Your fingerprint or face data never leaves the device and is never accessible to us.

The app is fully offline and works in airplane mode. It does not require a network connection to function and does not send data over the internet.

We do not share, sell, rent or trade any data, because we do not collect any. There are no third-party processors involved in running the app on your phone.

The app is a general-purpose utility and is safe for all ages. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Because all data lives on your own device, you have full control. You can delete individual items in the app, reset the secret code, clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything permanently.

The private gallery is protected by your secret code and, optionally, your device biometrics. Data is kept inside the app's sandboxed storage area, which other apps cannot read. Please also keep a device screen lock enabled, since anyone with physical access to an unlocked phone and your code can open the gallery.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
